PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and effectively combine a treatment of a solvent as industrial waste and effective utilization of energy by performing combustion treatment of liquid VOC by a gas turbine device without damaging a fuel supply device and high-temperature components. SOLUTION: The amount of liquid VOC is adjusted by controlling a rotational frequency of a diaphragm-type pump 6 by an invertor 20 so that power generation output of the gas turbine device 1 is kept constant, the amount of cooling water is adjusted by controlling a rotational frequency of a cooling water pump 31 by an invertor 30 so that a temperature of a combustor 3 is kept within a prescribed range, and the liquid VOC and the cooling water are mixed by a mixer 40 and burned by the combustor. The diaphragm type pump is not damaged even by a solvent for swelling rubber and the like. By supplying the optimum amount of cooling water corresponding to a combustion state, the damage of the high-temperature components is prevented, and NOx is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
