METHOD FOR MAKING A FORMULATION AND USE THEREOF FOR ADMINISTERING POLAR DRUGS

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a (H/L/H) multiple nanoemulsion in particular for the oral administration of polar molecules. The present invention also relates to a nanoemulsion that can be obtained by said method, to the use thereof for making a drug, and to a drug containing the nanoemulsion and an active agent. The method for preparing the nanoemulsion of the invention includes the following steps: (a) preparing a first aqueous solution; (b) mixing a non-ionic emulsifier, polyglocolysed glyceride and at least one triglyceride having fatty acid chains including 8 to 12 carbon atoms, wherein the non-ionic emulsifier/polyglocolysed glyceride ratio is 9/1 to 6/4; (c) forming a hydrophilic/lipophilic emulsion by adding the first aqueous solution obtained during step (a) to the mixture obtained during step (b); and (d) forming the pharmaceutical formulation by adding the emulsion obtained during step (c) in a second aqueous solution. The present invention can be used in the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic fields.
