<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanoparticle which can be manufactured without using a surfactant or a synthetic polymer and can be controlled over the size and besides is acidic and stable, and moreover envelops therein an active substance and has a positive charge, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The casein particle is positive in the zeta potential. The particle is made by the following processes (a) and (b): (a) a process of mixing casein into an acidic aqueous medium of not less than pH 0.5 to less than pH 7; and (b) a process, while stirring the solution obtained in the above process (a), of increasing a pH of the solution from an isoelectric point of the casein to a pH apart therefrom by ±pH 0.5 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
