<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver improving convenience in browsing electronic mail in relation with broadcast viewing. <P>SOLUTION: When electronic mail is received during viewing of digital broadcast on a mobile receiving terminal 2, a broadcast receiver automatically opens the electronic mail or opens the electronic mail in response to a user instruction.
