<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug form of a drug enabling quick dissolution of even a sparingly soluble drug in vivo. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains a polymer-drug complex containing a polymer compound permissible as a drug and a drug compound such as cyclosporine existing in a state of fine particles or adsorbed to the polymer compound.
