PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner and developer that achieve excellent low temperature fixing property, offset resistance, and heat-resistant preservability simultaneously even in an ultrafast system, odor generation of which is reduced, and that are excellent in contamination resistance of a developing roller, etc. and productivity. SOLUTION: A process cartridge uses the developer and the toner containing at least a binder resin and a colorant, wherein the binder resin is composed of a polyester resin (A) obtained by polycondensation of an alcohol component containing 2-6C divalent aliphatic alcohol of≥70 mol% in a divalent alcohol component which is a main composition with a carboxylic acid component containing a maleic acid denaturation rosin, and a polyester resin (B) obtained by polycondensation of a carboxylic acid component with an alcohol component containing an alkylene oxide adduct of a bisphenol compound represented by a specific structural formula.
