PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin composition having an excellent balance among slipperiness, rigidity and impact resistance at low temperature. SOLUTION: The polypropylene resin composition contains: a polypropylene-based copolymer which contains 50-95 wt.% polymer component (component A) based on a propylene-derived structural unit and 5-50 wt.% polymer component (component B) having 10≤X<50 wt.% content (X) of a propylene-derived structural unit, 50<Y≤70 wt.% content (Y) of an ethylene-derived structural unit and 0<Z≤20 wt.% content (Z) of a≥4Cα-olefin-derived structural unit; and a hydrogen-addition product of a block copolymer containing a polymer block essentially based on a vinyl aromatic compound-derived structural unit and another polymer block essentially based on a conjugated diene compound-derived structural unit.
