<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas meter confirming only contents suitable for applications of one who reads a two-dimensional code even if the two-dimensional code has not been read when internal information preserved by the gas meter is displayed by the two-dimensional code. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The gas meter is provided with: an information storage section for grouping internal information of the gas meter for each application for storage; an application input section to which applications are inputted; a code display control section for displaying information stored in the information storage section corresponding to the inputted applications by a two-dimensional code and a text display control section for displaying the information by text; and a display mode change input section for displaying the storage information corresponding to the applications by a two-dimensional code or text.
