<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device for a vehicle allowing improvement of holding force of a mirror holder, while securing installability of the mirror holder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An assembling guide shaft part 30 of the mirror holder 22 includes a fitted part 34 on the distal end side. The fitted part 34 is fitted to the inside of a fitting receiving part 56 of a housing case 42 and is rotatably and slidably held. In the fitted part 34, a slit 38 cut from an opposite side of the distal end side is formed around an axis 30L of the assembling guide shaft part 30, and a flexible part 36 with flexibility is formed on an outer peripheral side more than the slit 38. In a state of load F acting in a direction in which the fitted part 34 is pulled from an opening 58 side of the fitting receiving part 56, the flexible part 36 is pressed and expanded at the inside of the fitting receiving part 56 against the load F.
