<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detecting system capable of accurately detecting abnormality when the physical quantity on an object slowly fluctuates as well as when the physical quantity on the object suddenly fluctuates like the case of the object and an obstacle colliding against each other. <P>SOLUTION: The abnormality detecting system 1 or 10 includes: a physical quantity detecting means 2 detecting the physical quantity A(t) on the object; a time variation part computing means 4 computing a time variation part C(t, dt) which is the difference between the physical quantity A(t) on the present object and the physical quantity A(t-dt) on the object before the present by a predetermined time interval dt based on the physical quantity A(t) on the object detected by the physical quantity detecting means 2; and an abnormality detecting means 5 detecting the abnormality of the physical quantity A(t) on the object when comparing the time variation part C(t, dt) computed by the time variation part computing means 4, with a preset threshold D(dt) and determining that the compared result fulfills preset conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
