PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film for vapor deposition, which is excellent in oxygen- and steam-barrier properties, particularly the steam-barrier property, and is excellent in water resistance. SOLUTION: The coating film is obtained through: a step of unidirectionally stretching an unstretched film made of a polymer resin composition, subsequently applying a water solution or a water dispersion, containing a polyurethane resin composition having a urethane ligand, a urea ligand, and an acid group and 0.10 to 5.00 wt.% of surfactant based on the urethane resin, to the obtained stretched film coated with the coating liquid in a direction perpendicular to the first stretching direction; and a heat-treatment step. The coating layer has a water contact angle within the range of 50 to 100°and a three-dimensional surface roughness SRa of 0.040μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
