The coating material has a solid phase consisting of two types of aluminum particles with spherical, disk or particle shape. The aluminum particles are differentiated from each other by specific surfaces. A liquid phase consists of an organic solution and adhesive materials e.g. natural resins. The aluminum particles are pure aluminum with concentration of 98 to 99.9 percentages. The solid phase has an electrically non-conductive micro or nano-scale oxide of a transition metal such as yttrium and/or chromium.
