PURPOSE: A device and a method of measuring RFID receiving sensitivity using a tag emulator are provided to measure receiving sensitivity of a tag and a reader, thereby easily measuring performance of an RFID system under conditions similar to real conditions with complicated modeling. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting unit(210) determines the moment when a tag chip is inactive during operation. The adjusting unit receives an output signal of an RFID reader to measure power of the signal using a separate power measuring device at the moment when the tag chip is inactive. A tag emulator(220) includes a tag chip. The tag emulator operates the tag chip according to a signal outputted from the adjusting unit. The tag emulator outputs a carrier signal which is generated at a moment when the tag chip is in operation by the adjusting unit. |
