PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate not only the miniaturization of a shake correction optical device but also that of a device with a vibration proof function, to which the shake correction optical device is mounted. SOLUTION: This device possesses a correction optical means to correct a shake, first and second driving means provided at the correction optical means and to respectively generate thrust by which the correction optical means are moved in two different directions and an elastic supporting means to elastically support the correction optical means with respect to a fixed member, and the elastic supporting means is constituted of a compression spring 8. |
