PURPOSE: An excavating soil solidification device is provided to prevent degradation of workability or contaminating a site region by leakage of sewage water flowed from excavating soil, underground water, and all kinds of equipment. CONSTITUTION: An excavating soil solidification device comprises a slurry storage tank(30) storing and transferring excavating soil remaining on the bottom after separating sewage water from the excavating soil, and a solidification mixer(20) transferring the remaining excavating soil. The input amount and mixing time of a solidification agent is adjusted according to a water moisture content of the excavating soil.
