PURPOSE: A loading and unloading device and a multiple launch rocket system with the same are provided to rapidly load and unload a rocket pod by moving and loading a rocket pod to a support structure using a transfer boom device without a crane. CONSTITUTION: A loading and unloading device for a vehicle comprises a support structure(110) and a transfer boom apparatus(150). The support structure loads and unloads articles(120,121). The transfer boom apparatus pulls up articles. The transfer boom apparatus transfers the rocket pod through the first and second side parts of the support structure.
