PURPOSE: A client terminal apparatus, a collaboration service apparatus, a real-time streaming apparatus, a collaboration service system and a method thereof are provided to display modeling information in a virtual reality space to simultaneously display the modeling information on connected remote terminals, thereby cooperatively performing a modeling work through the virtual reality space. CONSTITUTION: An operation manager(204) receives communication/frame information with a collaboration service apparatus or a real-time streaming apparatus. The operation manager registers a molecular modeling simulation in the collaboration service apparatus through a connection manager(202). The operation manager performs a molecule modeling work for the molecular modeling simulation using a molecule renderer(210). The operation manager transmits the modeling information to the collaboration service apparatus through the connection manager.
