PURPOSE:To attain quick connection with a mobile station and extension call mutually between the mobile stations by providing a second transmitter-receiver for extension, which executes calling with the mobile station through a radio channel, separately from a transmitter-receiver in a radio telephone system between base stations. CONSTITUTION:Separately from a transmitter-receiver 12, a transmitter-receiver 14 for extension, which executes communication with a mobile station 20 through the radio channel, is provided as the second transmitter-receiver. In a control part 11, a means (a) to cause the transmitter-receiver 14 to search the idle channel of communication channel when the transmitter-receiver 12 is in a reception waiting condition, a means (b) to cause the transmitter-receiver 14 to wait in a control channel when the transmitter-receiver 12 is switched to the call channel and a means (c) to connect the transmitter-receiver 12 with one mobile station 20, to connect the transmitter-receiver 14 to the other mobile station and to execute the calling mutually between these two mobile stations 20 are included. Thus, it is not necessary to switch the control channel and calling channel every time at the time of the reception waiting and the connection with the mobile station can be speedily executed. |
