PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructional wood plate material particularly suitable for a floor plate material, provided with a structure for eliminating the generation of a gap in the joint between the side edges of the adjacent plate materials and allowing the plate material to be efficiently fixed without generating the gap in the above joint even in the execution of work. SOLUTION: This plate material is provided with a drawing protrusion and a drawing notch for drawing the adjacent plate material in the connection of the side edges of the plate materials. The drawing protrusion is provided with an oblique rising surface on the side of its end, and the drawing notch fitted into the drawing protrusion and having a cross section of the same shape is installed at the side edge on the other side of the plate material. The adjacent plate material is made to abut on the precedently fixed plate material in an inclined condition for the purpose of allowing the plate materials trying to contact each other continuously while taking an abutting point as a center to be pressed downward for rotation. Consequently, a groove and a projection at the continuously contacting side edges are fitted, and the drawing protrusion is inserted into the drawing notch from below so that the rising surface can inhibit the movement in the direction of the generation of the gap in the joint between the plate materials.
