PURPOSE: A power control method for removing inter-cell interference and a device thereof are provided to effectively remove inter-cell interference in DL of wireless communication system, thereby improving throughput performance of a cell edge user better. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal calculates SINR(Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio) of a received signal(S100). If SINR of the received signal is smaller than the critical value of SNIR, the user terminal calculates reaching power Preduced(S110,S130). If the multiplication value of the calculated reaching power Preduced is bigger than 0, the user terminal is distinguished as the relief user terminal(S140,S150). The user terminal informs the interference information to a serving base station(S170).
