PURPOSE: An explosion-proof LED lamp is provided to be used at various places regardless of radiation dose by improving the materials of a PCB and an outer structure. CONSTITUTION: A cover(10) has a plurality of reinforcing ribs. A base unit(20) is coupled with the cover. A PCB unit(30) is mounted inside the cover and the base unit. A plurality of LEDs is mounted on the surface of the PCB unit. The cover unit and the base unit are made of cast iron or stainless steel. The PCB unit is made of ceramic of 40 -60 wt% and silicon of 60-40 wt%. A transparent tempered glass(40) is interposed between the cover and the PCB unit. |
