PURPOSE: A scalp cover of phase change materials for wig is provided, which maintains the freshness by exchanging the scalp heat, and can prevent the skin trouble by the sweat and various bacteria from fever. CONSTITUTION: A scalp cover includes: a phase change material which is mixed in the material covering scalp to cover the head before wearing a wig; and a spread unit(1) formed in the exterior or the inner surface in various thicknesses and various shapes. A scalp cover(3) is made of various materials into various shapes.
