PURPOSE: A method for producing cytotoxic T cell in vitro is provided to generate cytotoxic T cell which is specific to two antigens and to effectively produce immuno therapeutic agent for anti-tumor. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing cytotoxic T cell which is specific to antigen in vitro comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant vector which expresses tumor antigen; a step of inducing human dendritic cells; a step of transfecting the recombinant vector to the dendritic cells; a step of isolating human T cells; a step of stimulating the isolated T cells with the dendritic cells; and a step of culturing tumor antigen-specific T cells. The recombinant vector is adenovirus vector. The antigen is survivin of sequence number 1.
