PURPOSE: A real time traffic fine collection system and a method thereof are provided to transmit the extracted violation information by after transmitting the recorded image information of vehicles violating the traffic law. CONSTITUTION: A terminal connects to a personal information server(40) and registers the personal information of a user. After a monitoring server(30) analyzes the recorded image, the violation information is transmitted to a service server. An official authorization server(50) authorizes the personal information. The service server receives the violation information, and transmits the authorization result to the terminal. A bank server withdraws the charge according to the withdraw request of the service server. |
