PROCESS SYSTEM OF SOLID ORGANIC WASTE MANDARIN BY-PRODUCT AND ITS PROCESS METHOD

PURPOSE: A solid treatment system for organic waste and a method thereof are provided to dispose solid organic waste efficiently and environment-friendlily by adding a fermentation degradation process when solid organic waste including a tangerine by-product, a food etc is processed. CONSTITUTION: A solid treatment system for organic waste comprises the following: a bioreactor; a first anaerobic fermentation device(100) with a first anaerobic fermentation tub(102) in which microorganism cultivated with pulverized solid organic waste in a culture medium; a second organic acid fermenting device(200) which decomposes organic compounds to organic acid having small weight molecular by using an acetobacter; a solid and liquid separator(300) which transfers fermentation liquid to a settling tank(301), transfers a sunken sludge to a supernatant reservoir, and uses supernatant as a liquid fertilizer. The first anaerobic fermentation tub contains a mixing facility.
