PURPOSE: An electron emitting source, and electronic device thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be easily manufactured, have high reliability, and high current density. CONSTITUTION: An electron emitting part comprises a needle-shaped electron emission material. An electrode(12) supports the electron emitting part. The electrode is composed of a fixing film(12a), a supporting layer(12b) and a conductive adhesive layer(12c). The fixed film fixes one end of the needle-shaped electron emission material. The supporting layer supports the fixing film in the lower part. The conductive adhesive layer is located between the fixing film and the supporting layer.
