DISPLAY APPARATUS AND USER INTERFACE DISPLAY METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A display apparatus and a user interface display method thereof are provided to have a smaller number of parts where icons generated in a widget type cover a screen, thereby enabling a user to conveniently watch television. CONSTITUTION: Grids having intervals which are not the same are displayed on a display unit(S10). The icons are displayed on the display unit so that icons correspond to the displayed grids(S20). When the grids are displayed, intervals of edges of the display unit are precisely displayed compared to intervals of the center part of the display unit. The arrangement history of icons is obtained.
