PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing double layer tablet and single layer tablet is provided to control release of aceclofenac and to improve stability. CONSTITUTION: An aceclofenac comprises a sustained release tablet contains aceclofenac, water soluble additive, pH adjusting agent, disintegrant, filler, and lubricant; and an immediate release tablet containing aceclofenac, release control polymer, fat soluble surfactant, filler, and lubricant. The pH adjusting agent is sodium hydrogen carbonate.
