PURPOSE: A boot mounting structure is provided to prevent a boot from being damaged by preventing foreign materials from flowing in, and to improve durability of the boot by moving the boot regardless of the movement of a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A boot mounting structure comprises an outer cover(13), an inner cover(16), and a boot. The outer cover is installed on the outer surface of a constant velocity joint(12) through a bearing. The inner cover is installed on the outer surface of a drive shaft(11) through a bearing. The boot is inserted into a gap formed between the outer cover and the inner cover. One end of the boot is installed in a coil part formed in one end of the outer cover, and the other end is installed in the inner cover using a boot band.
