PURPOSE: A metal band is provided to easily fasten the metal band by pulling an insertion end using a hook. CONSTITUTION: A metal band(100) comprises a central strip(110), a fastening part(140), a coupling groove(121), a pulling groove(122), and an engagement wing(150). The central strip includes an insertion end(120), and an accommodation end(130). The fastening part is integrally formed with the central strip at the end of the accommodation end. The fastening part fastens the insertion end and the accommodation end. The coupling groove is formed at the insertion end. When fastening the insertion end and the accommodation end, the coupling groove is engaged with the fastening part to enable the fastened state to be maintained. The pulling groove is located at the end of the insertion end. The engagement wing fixes the insertion end.
