PURPOSE: By applying the direct cooling system which directly contacts the LED lamp generating the high heater to the water the marine LED lamp cooling apparatus manufacturing method conspicuously enhances the cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A water jacket(1) stores the cooling water. The cooling water inflow opening(3) and vent(4) are formed in the water jacket. The baffle plate(5) is formed in the water jacket. The coupling connection part(10) each other connects the top and lower part of the water jacket. The bracket(9) in a specific direction reflects the light of the LED lamp(2) combined in the water jacket. The cooling part of the LED lamp lower part is composed of the circular flange(8) of the water jacket, and the cooling fin(6) and circular cap(7). |
