PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling a lamp for a vehicle are provided to synchronize a flickering operation between turn-signal lamp using single multiple communication standard and a turn-signal lamp using plural multiple communication standard by delaying the flickering of the turn-signal lamp using the single multiple communication standard through a flickering delay circuit. CONSTITUTION: A signal transmitter(18) receives an operation signal of a turn-signal switch and transmits a pulse signal of the turn-signal lamp using the multiple communication to a flicker processing circuit of a flasher unit to perform a turn-signal flickering control. A delay circuit(10) transmits a pulse signal to the turn-signal lamp which does not use the multi communication.
