PURPOSE: A semiconductor device including a dummy power line is provided to prevent a fault by a particle without an increase of a chip size by forming the dummy power line with dividing an existing power line. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of blocks is arranged to a first direction and a second direction crossing with a first direction. A plurality of signal lines(130) is arranged within a memory cell array(101). A plurality of power lines(110) is arranged in one direction along the signal lines. A dummy power line(120) is arranged between signal lines which are contiguous to the power lines. The dummy power line and the power line include a metal line.
