PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to stabilize the operating characteristics of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) by formed with a material that reduces the light intensity of a viewing light penetrating an inter-layer film covering an oxide semiconductor layer.
