PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and highly-reliable wheel bearing with a sensor to which wiring processing can be applied easily, capable of detecting accurately a load applied onto a wheel bearing or a tire grounding surface. SOLUTION: This wheel bearing is formed by interposing a rolling element 5 between double-row facing rolling surfaces 3, 4 of an outer member 1 and an inner member 2. A toroidal sensor assembly 28 is formed by arranging inside a toroidal protection cover 27, an electronic component including a plurality of sensor units 20, a signal processing IC 25 for processing its sensor output signal, signal cables 26A, 26B for taking out a processed output signal to the bearing outside, and a flexible substrate 35 having a wiring circuit 36 for wiring the intervals between the sensor units 20, the signal processing IC 25 and the signal cables 26A, 26B. The sensor assembly 28 is mounted concentrically with a fixed side member on the peripheral surface of the fixed side member between the outer member 1 and the inner member 2.
