The plant (1) has a pressure-tight radiation chamber for radiating a workpiece. Pretreatment of the workpiece takes place in a drying chamber before the radiation of the workpiece for removing residuals of a cleaning fluid, where the drying chamber is arranged upstream to the radiation chamber and is arranged downstream to a cleaning chamber. After-treatment of the workpiece is associated with the radiation of the workpiece in a treatment chamber (3) for removing residuals of a blasting agent. The treatment chamber is arranged downstream to the radiation chamber.
