PURPOSE: An inhibitor of TRPV3(transient receptor potential vanilloid 3) containing isopentenyl pyrophosphate is provided to control movement and proliferation of skin cells and to develop therapeutic agent for dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A TRPV3 activation inhibitor contains isopentenyl pyrophosphate. The isopentenyl pyrophosphate is treated to sensory neuron or skin cells expressing TRPV3 to suppress TRPV3. A pharmaceutical composition for pain killing contains isopentenyl pyrophosphate as an active ingredient.
