<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image sensing device which cuts a layout area and a consumption current. <P>SOLUTION: The device has: a plurality of read circuits (128) for reading a picture element output signal from picture elements in a picture element region; a common signal output line (123) connected to the plurality of read circuits through a switch means; a first loading means (124) which is connected to the signal output line and a positive power supply; a second loading means (125) which is connected to the signal output line and a ground power supply; a maximum value output means which forms a part of each of the plurality of read circuits and outputs a maximum value among a plurality of picture element signals input to the read circuit; a minimum value output means which forms a part of each of the plurality of read circuits and outputs a minimum value among a plurality of picture element signals input to the read circuit; and a switching means which switches the outputs of the maximum value output means and the minimum value output means during a picture element signal storage period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
