PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus for automatically displaying a predetermined image at a position of a user.

SOLUTION: A detection means 212 detects three-dimensional coordinate position of an object using a sensor means for detecting a capacitance changing according to the three-dimensional coordinate position of the object, and a display means 4 performs display based on the three-dimensional coordinate position of the object detected by the detection means 212. A control means 17 controls the display means to perform display based on the three-dimensional coordinate position of the object at a display position in a region displayed by the display means 4 corresponding to coordinate position components in a direction orthogonal to a direction of separation between the object and the sensor means among the three-dimensional coordinate positions of the object detected by the detection means 212.
