PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coreless linear motor having a mover which is moved at higher speed and not damaged due to stress caused by acceleration and deceleration even if the mover is moved at a high speed. SOLUTION: A coreless linear motor comprises a stator and a moving member movable relative to the stator. The stator includes a yoke having a recess extending in the longitudinal direction and field magnets arranged facing each other in the recess so that polarities are different from each other via a magnetic gap and adjoining polarities are also different. The moving member includes a plurality of coils arranged in parallel to each other and a fixing means formed in a portion of the coil so as not to face the field magnets in the coreless linear motor disposed inside the magnetic gap.
