<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a working machine capable of decreasing a discharge amount of a hydraulic pump in a short time even when an operation lever is quickly returned to a neutral position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The control device is equipped with a negative control line 30 for transmitting negative control pressure generated by a negative control throttle 28 installed at the most downstream of a center bypass oil passage 26 of a control valve 22 to a regulator 40, a pressure impression means 36 capable of impressing pressure larger than the negative control pressure to the negative control line 30, an operating means 34a for operating the control valve 22, and determination means 48a, 48b for determining whether the operating means 34a is to be quickly returned to the neutral position or not. When the determination means 48a, 48b determine the operating means 34a is to be quickly returned to the neutral position, the pressure impression means 36 impresses the pressure larger than the negative control pressure to the negative control line 30 so as to impress the pressure to the regulator 40 for decreasing the discharge amount of the hydraulic pump 12.
