PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermally absorbable patch holding a liquid medicament over a long period under preservation, stably sustainedly releasing the liquid medicament when pasted, and having excellent self-adhesive characteristics. SOLUTION: The transdermally absorbable patch 1 has a sheet-shaped supporting base material 11, a first self-adhesive layer 12 formed on one surface of the supporting base material 11, a second self-adhesive layer 13 to be stuck to the skin, formed at the surface side of the first self-adhesive layer 12 opposite to the supporting base material 11, and a medicament-storing layer 14 formed between the first self-adhesive layer 12 and the second self-adhesive layer 13, and containing the liquid medicament. The second self-adhesive layer 13 contains a copolymer of a monomer composition containing an acrylic monomer free from a hydroxy group and a carboxy group, and a vinyl monomer having a lactam ring.
