PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper garment facilitating operation of a portable device, and enabling a wearer to comfortably use the portable device by avoiding an earphone cord from being vexatiously drawn around the outside. SOLUTION: This upper garment 10 includes an external pocket 11 which opens in the outside of the upper garment 10 and can hold the portable device 30 having earphones 31, and an external pocket insertion portion 20 which is made of a through hole for communicating between the inside of the pocket 11 and the inside of the upper garment, and also allows the cord 32 of the earphone 31 of the portable device 30 to be inserted.
