QUICK DISCONNECT OF PIPELINES

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: quick disconnect of pipelines consists of male and female parts of connection. End surfaces of elements of each part of the connection form continuous end surfaces in non-operation state; connecting elements of both mains are coaxially arranged in each part of the connection. In the male part there are arranged two immobile elements functioning as pushers and two mobile elements of shut-off valves, during connection interacting with mobile elements of shut off valves and with pushers installed in the female part of the connection. Connecting channels are made in the female part of the connection; they facilitate free circulation of fluid from one cavity to another in a disconnected state and they shut-off these channels with a mobile disconnect valve in a connected state. ^ EFFECT: facilitating fast connecting and disconnecting pipelines during pump station operation. ^ 3 dwg
