<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction cup for a delivery which is easily inserted to a mother body, ensures sufficient traction force, reduces slippage, and suppresses caput succedaneum. <P>SOLUTION: The suction cup 2 is used for a vacuum extraction includes: the suction cup 2 is formed into a cup shape 11 of a foldable and flexible material such as the sheet of a vinyl base material, for example, and has a suction-out hole 13 formed on a bottom side and an adsorption hole 14 formed on an opening side; and a perforated elastic member 12 which is arranged inside the cup portion 11 and formed of sponge or the like, for example. An adhesion ring portion 16 is formed in the peripheral edge of the adsorption hole 14, and has elastic force larger than that of the peripheral wall 15 of the cup 11.
