PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of visually recognizing that a locking operation has been certainly performed. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat includes a mounting structure 8 for mounting a headrest on a seat back 2. The mounting structure 8 includes: a stay body 4 extending from the headrest; and a support body 5 provided in the seat back 2, on which the stay body 4 is built in a nesting shape. The vehicular seat includes: a cable 7 having a pin 7c; a temporary locking groove 5c formed on the support body 5, in which the pin 7c is temporality locked; and a regular locking groove 4b formed on the stay body 4. The pin 7c is received by the regular locking groove 4b by building both bodies in the nesting shape, and the cable 7 is moved from the support body 5 to the stay body 4 to be locked.
