PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable and facilitate replacement and maintenance of a component of a spout mechanism in an insulated liquid container with a spout mechanism, and simultaneously solve the problems of complicated process for manufacturing the liquid container itself and a remaining liquid in the container. SOLUTION: The liquid container includes a container body 1 formed of an inner container 11, and outside members (shoulder members 13a and 13b, exterior case 14, bottom member 15) disposed at appropriate spaced intervals from the inner container, and has a double-container structure filled with a heat insulating material 12 between the inner container 11 and the outside member, and the liquid container includes the spout mechanism 3 having an opening/closing valve 312 attached to penetrate a container body. In the liquid container, the bottom of the inner container is formed with a fitting recess portion 111, a corresponding part of the outside member is made to face the bottom surface of the fitting recess portion to form a through-hole, and the spout mechanism 3 is fitted to the through-hole.
