PURPOSE: An amplifying optical fiber and a manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are provided to use as a laser of high speed transmission line amplifiers. CONSTITUTION: A core(10) appropriates to a transmission of an optical signal and an amplification. An optical cladding(11) surrounds the core and restrict the optical signal transmitted to the core. The core is formed into a main matrix and contains nano particle(5) doped into rare earth elements. |
