REFLECTIVE PLATE, BACKLIGHT UNIT AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A reflective plate for a backlight unit, a backlight unit with the same, and a liquid crystal display including the same are provided to induce total reflection of all incident light in all directions for an incident surface of a reflective plate, thereby improving reflecting efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The first cholesteric liquid crystal layer(131) reflects the first polarized light. The first cholesteric liquid crystal layer transmits the second polarized light. The first polarized light is emitted from a light guide panel. The second cholesteric liquid crystal layer(132) reflects the transmitted second polarized light. The wavelength bands of the first cholesteric liquid crystal layer and the second cholesteric liquid crystal layer include a random area to reflect and the first range to induce the actual total reflection. The first range is expanded from the long wavelength of an area.
