PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible laminate with a metal foil clad on one side, which can suppress the occurrences of creases or hit marks in the flexible laminate with the metal foil stretched on one side or a flexible printed circuit board manufactured from the flexible laminate with the metal foil clad on one side. SOLUTION: An insulating film 6 and the metal foil 5 are hot pressing-molded respectively on both sides of a release film 3 in a state being overlapped in this order, by which the flexible laminate 1 with the metal foil clad on one side is formed on both sides of the release film 3, and at the same time, a laminate construct 2 having a structure that two flexible laminates with the metal foil clad on one side are overlapped through the release film 3 is manufactured. The laminate construct 2 has a higher stiffness property than that of a single flexible laminate with the metal foil clad on one side. Further, when the laminate construct 2 are overlapped, the mutual outer surfaces of the metal foil 5 are overlapped, and the slide property between the laminate construct 2 increases.
